Nutrition for the Family Table

Join us at The Willow School for a cooking demonstration and nutrition presentation in their state of the art Health, Wellness & Nutrition Center.  Learn about the benefits of consuming a health-promoting diet and strategies to make it work for your family.  Picky eaters at the table?  No problem, we've got your back. Registration is FREE. A donation at the door to support The Willow School's NJ SEEDS program is appreciated. NJ SEEDS is a non-profit organization that prepares motivated, high-achieving, low-income students for admission to private schools and colleges across the country. The Willow School, an independent school for students in preschool through eighth grade in Gladstone, New Jersey, welcomed its first NJ SEEDS students in the fall of 2016 and has since doubled the number of SEEDS students enrolled for the 2017-18 school year. Please support the Somerset County Food Bank and bring a packaged food donation. This interactive program will include a nutrition education workshop followed by a cooking demonstration and tasting. Nutrition Entrepreneurs Mini Meeting for Registered Dietitians

Come network with fellow nutrition entrepreneurs and enjoy a short presentation for improving patient engagement with a culinary nutrition approach. Our teaching kitchen will be set up for a cooking demonstration - come tour our facility and discover how you can grow your practice using our tools. This event if FREE and has been approved for 1.5 CPE credits. Bring business cards and a big smile. :) Delicious food and refreshments will be served!  NOTE:  We are located 4 blocks from the Far Hills train station - stop is on the Peack-Gladstone line from NYC.
