Transitioning to a Plant-based Diet

The Bernards Township Health Department is sponsoring our presentation "Transitioning to a Plant-based Diet".

Join Jeanne Petrucci MS, RDN and Julie Harrington, RD, CPC to learn about the benefits of consuming a plant-based diet and strategies to making it work for you.  This program is appropriate for you whether you're looking to go 100% plant-based or just trying to incorporate more plants into your diet.  Program will be held at the Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church.  Participation is free but registration is required. This interactive program will include a nutrition education workshop followed by a cooking demonstration and tasting.

This 8-week interactive nutrition program is being held at the Living Plate Nutrition Education Center and will cover topics including, functional detox, metabolism, building a healthy kitchen, meal planning, nutrition 101, gut microbiome, eating out, label reading, mindful eating, and sustaining habits for a lifetime. Two hands-on cooking classes, InBody physical assessment, and 21-day challenge supplement kit are also included.
